It is because bananas are luxuriant in antacids that counteracts burning sensations in your belly.

Eat a banana or sliced banana pieces whenever you feel indigestion coming on.

3. Lemon Juice.

Green tea, Honey and a cup of water.

Dunk the green tea bag in a cup of hot water for 2 to 3 minutes.

7. Baking Soda.

You can mix one-fourth teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of regular water to curb the effect of acid in the stomach.

Baking soda neutralizes the acid effect and tends to slow down the rate at which your body absorbs other medicines.
